I previously posted about Sen. Lott suing State Farm. Well, he has now been joined by Rep. Gene Taylor. They are both represented by Lott’s brother in law.
Now, I don’t want to say that these guys are hypocrits, but at least Sen. Lott has come out time and again for tort reform and limiting your access to the courts. I am not sure why Sen. Lott continues with this nonsense. After all, read through my other posts on how tort reform does not work.
However, since he insists on continuing his false rhetoric, feel free to write his office or call and ask him for an explanation. I am still waiting for one!
